Background Summary:
There is no change in budget, however, this Resolution is authorizing the Mayor to sign the contract for the project. IT will be consolidating a few projects that were slated for the data center refresh into one project. This not only will save money, but will allow for a focused project with specific timelines, milestones and deliverables.
