Change Order No. 2 covers additional costs for traffic control labor and for temporary pavement markings that were required during the time the existing pavement on Auburn Way North between 22^nd Street NE and 45^th Street NE was ground off awaiting for the new pavement to be placed. With Auburn Way North being a highly traveled corridor, and the requirement to maintain traffic during work operations, the traffic control labor and temporary markings for the various lane adjustments required was much greater than anticipated.

A project increase of $100,000.00 within the 105 Street Preservation fund will be necessary, however it will not require a budget adjustment since it is anticipated that the total budgeted expenditures in the 105 Street Preservation fund will not be exceeded this year.
