The Mid-Biennial Budget amendment will adjust the 2022 realign significant revenue sources; increase the budget for previously approved programs; adjust the projected 2022 beginning fund balances and increase the budget for new programs, which includes adding 4 new Full Time Employees (FTEs) and 1 new Limited Term Employee (LTEs).

Budget Amendment #4 represents the fourth budget amendment for the 2021-2022 biennium and the first budget amendment for 2022. For details, see the attached transmittal memorandum and supporting materials.

Note that one item has changed from the public hearing on October 25, 2021: the request for a Security Officer at City Hall, the Annex, and Les Gove campus has been changed to be contracted security. This change is noted in red in both the transmittal memo and Schedule A.
