| Background Motion: Granting an access easement to King County over this portion of City property - Tract E of Auburn 40 P.U.D., will provide King County the access for their work, while causing very little impact to the City property. |
| Background Summary: |
| The City owns real property, Tract E of Auburn 40 P.U.D (the “City property”). King County owns property along the Green River which includes a levee. Access to the County property in this location is limited and some distance away. Granting an access easement across a portion of the City property will not impact the City’s property rights or the City’s access and use of the property but will provide King County a quicker, more favorable access to the King County properties located in this area. |
